==Locations and Uses==

Jiggies are golden puzzle pieces that can open entrances to various worlds using their magic, and are required to progress in most ''Banjo-Kazooie'' games. In the platform games, Jiggies are usually obtained by completing minigames, defeating bosses, reaching the end of platform segments, or by helping characters.

In ''[[Banjo-Kazooie]]'', their first appearance, Jiggies are used to complete [[Puzzle Pictures]] and open different worlds. There are 100 Jiggies in the entire game, and each world has 10 each (with the sole exception of [[Spiral Mountain]]). Unlike later games and remakes, used Jiggies will disappear from the duo counter.

In ''[[Banjo-Tooie]]'', Jiggies are used in the [[Jiggywiggy Temple]] to complete [[Jiggywiggy Challenge|challenges]] and unlock worlds. There are 90 Jiggies in total, 10 fewer than in the previous game.

After collecting them, they must be taken from a [[Jig-O-Vend]] and placed in the [[Jiggy Bank]], located in the center of [[Showdown Town]], in order to open new Deeds. If a [[Showdown Town cop|cop]] sees the two with Jiggies in their vehicle, they will think they are smuggling and will chase them. There are a total of 131 Jiggies that can be collected throughout the game.
